How does it work:

Dedicate a sunflower on our 35th Anniversary memory garden for your loved one

Our sunflower memory garden gives you the opportunity to make a dedication in memory of your loved one. You can dedicate as many as you like.

To make a dedication fill in the dedication form, adding a message, including a photo if you wish, and make a donation in memory of your loved one. You can also share your dedication on Facebook or Twitter to let others know you’re remembering someone you love. Your loved one's sunflower will bloom in the memory garden, on our website, throughout summer.

By dedicating a sunflower and donating to East Lancashire Hospice you are helping us provide a special way of caring for our patients and their families.

If you have any questions about the Memory Garden or your dedication, please contact our fundraising team on 01254 287011 or email
